After You Purchase

• You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and barcode.
  • Check your spam/junk folder.
• If you do not receive a confirmation within 5 minutes, email us at:

Photo Upload

• You’ll be prompted to upload a headshot of the passholder.
• Uploading your photo is not required, but highly recommended to speed up pickup.
• You may also:
  • Have your photo taken onsite
  • Create an account after purchase and upload it yourself

Waiver Required

• Waivers must be signed onsite or printed and brought at the time of pickup. Email us for waiver.

Order Confirmation & Payment Issues

• Your confirmation barcode will appear on-screen after checkout and in your confirmation email.
• Unsure if your order went through?
  • Check your payment method — charges usually show immediately
  • If you see a pending charge but no confirmation, email us ASAP
• If you are redirected back to the online store without seeing a barcode, your order likely failed — email us right away.

Duplicate Charges

• It is your responsibility to check if you were charged more than once or charged with no confirmation.
• Contact us BEFORE your ticket date to receive credit.
• No credits will be given after the ticket date.

Terms and Conditions of Purchase:

1. Non-refundable & Non-transferable. If you do not use your pass it will not be refunded AND you will not receive any credits towards the next season. 
2. $10 replacement fee for lost or stolen pass.
3. Purchasing, reselling, exchanging, lending or obtaining passes under false terms, will result in immediate loss of pass and all privileges, without refund.
4. Abusing or cheating the season pass perks or benefits will result in loss of pass, without refund. 
5. Add 7% sales tax to all prices. $5 processing fee applies to all passes- fee will be applied at checkout. 
6. An Unlimited Family Pass is any immediate family living in the same household, 2 adults maximum (parents/guardian) and 2 children (living at home who are ages 20 or under). Rentals are not included. An additional family member pass can ONLY be added to a Family of 4 Unlimited Pass, passholder must be an additional child (living at home who are ages 20 or under). 
7. Nights Only passes are valid from 4 pm to 9 pm Wed. through Sat; 4 pm to 8 pm Sunday; 3 pm to 6 pm MLK & Pres. Day. Rentals are not included. 
8. Sundays Only passes are valid on Sundays. Rentals are not included. 
9. Ages 5 & Younger Unlimited Season Pass must be purchased with another pass purchase.
10. Season equipment rentals (ski or snowboard) are only available to season pass holder and only onsite at Seven Oaks.
11. The 5 & Younger Unlimited Season Pass is the only pass that includes rentals. 
12. ANY returns for ANY reason will incur a 10% Service Charge. Returns must be requested prior to opening date.
