• Tickets may be purchased up to 4 weeks in advance. Tickets may be purchased any time leading up to your visit date if they are not sold out.

• If your group is larger than 52 people please email Heidi or Maria at info@sevenoaksrec.com  so we can assist in finding a time that works for both of us. 

Your tubing ticket is everything you need to get you access to the tubing park. It will include your tube rental and tube lift ticket. All tube tickets are for a one hour or two time slot. Ensure you are booking the 1- or 2-hour ticket at the correct time for the correct duration/day. Please arrive 30 minutes before your start time.

Snow tubers, once you have parked, please stop by the white shack in the parking lot to pick up your tickets- please have your reservation confirmation ready. Once you and others with you have signed the waiver and have a snow tubing lift ticket you may follow the sidewalk around the lodge, past the heated patio and firepit. Grab a tube and have FUN!

Once you have purchased your online tubing tickets you will be sent an email with a confirmation barcode. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 5 minutes of making your payment, email the ticket office at info@sevenoaksrec.com. 

Your tickets are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email.

No one under 4 years of age will be allowed in the tubing park. All riders must ride in their own tube. Two tubes may ride together in select tubing lanes.

Terms and Conditions: If you cannot use your tickets, you will not receive a refund. Unused tickets are forfeited and non-refundable. We will consider refunds if due to poor road conditions. If you have concerns about road conditions the day of your tickets please contact us via email to see if we are approving refunds that day. Weather related refund requests must be submitted 24 hours in advance of your ticket time. We reserve the right to refund any tubing ticket at any time due to mechanical failure/hill conditions or inclement weather. In case of weather-related closure tickets will be automatically refunded and you will be notified via email. Change of plans? Tickets orders can be exchanged via email request only one time and requests must be made at least five days before the pre-purchased date/time. They are NOT exchangeable during the 5 days before the pre-purchased date/time. Tickets purchased within the 5 day window are not able to be exchanged. To complete an exchange the order number must be emailed to info@sevenoaksrec.com and a gift card will be issued to be used at a later date. Phone requests will not be taken. 

Once you have purchased your items you will be sent an email with a confirmation barcode AND you should see the barcode on the screen after entering your payment information. If in doubt if your order went through check your payment method as charges will normally appear right away. If your payment method shows a pending charge but you have not received a confirmation you need to contact us via email as soon as possible (this means your order has a connection error). After placing your order if you are immediately redirected back to the online store (do not see a confirmation barcode), it is likely there was an error and your order did not process correctly, email us as soon as possible to follow up, info@sevenoaksrec.com. 

Please NOTE: Waiver required for all participants- parent guardian must send waiver with child or sign onsite.
