Before you purchase your pass please know:
Season Long Helmet Rental is NOT AVAILABLE.
You will be asked to upload a headshot of the passholder. To speed up the process of picking up your season pass we highly recommend you do this. Uploading your photo is not required to complete your season pass purchase but is highly recommended. We can also take your picture onsite when you pick up your season pass.
Once you have purchased your season pass you will be sent an email with an order number, check your spam/junk folders.
If you do not receive your confirmation email within 10 minutes of making your payment, send an email to info@sevenoaksrec.com.
Please Note:
Seven Oaks is once again offering ALL 4th graders a FREE Season Pass, add Rentals for just $25. Passes will be available in person beginning August 10th. A parent or guardian and the 4th grade passholder must be present to obtain a pass. Passes may only be obtained in person. Season Pass and Rentals are only valid at Seven Oaks. 4th Grade Season Passes are valid any day/time. 4th Grade Passes will be limited to 200 per season, first come first served. Call ahead for office hours. Verification of age is required, call us if you have questions at (515) 432-9457 x 300. Passes must be picked up prior to your first day on the slopes. OFFER ENDS 01/12/24. (4th Grade Passes will not be available for pickup from 12/26/2023 to 01/02/2024)
If you qualify for the 5th grade season pass discount, please email us at info@sevenoaksrec.com. Proof of 5th grade status is required and may be emailed.
Rules:
- Non-refundable & Non-transferable. If you do not use your pass it will not be refunded AND you will not receive any credits towards the next season.
- $10 replacement fee for lost or stolen pass.
- Purchasing, reselling, exchanging, lending or obtaining passes under false terms, will result in immediate loss of pass and all privileges, without refund.
- Abusing or cheating the season pass perks or benefits will result in loss of pass, without refund.
- Add 7% sales tax to all prices. $5 processing fee applies to all passes- fee will be applied at checkout.
- An Unlimited Family Pass is any immediate family living in the same household, 2 adults maximum (parents/guardian) and 2 children (living at home who are ages 20 or under). Rentals are not included. An additional family member pass can ONLY be added to a Family of 4 Unlimited Pass, passholder must be an additional child..
- Nights Only passes are valid from 4 pm to 9 pm Wed. through Sat; 4 pm to 8 pm Sunday; 3 pm to 6 pm MLK & Pres. Day. Rentals are not included.
- Sundays Only passes are valid on Sundays. Rentals are not included.
- Ages 5 & Younger Unlimited Season Pass must be purchased with another Unlimited pass purchase.
- Season equipment rentals (ski or snowboard) are only available to season pass holder and only onsite at Seven Oaks.
- The 5 & Younger Unlimited Season Pass is the only pass that includes rentals.
- ANY returns for ANY reason will incur a 10% Service Charge. Returns must be requested prior to opening date.
