Purchasing Tickets & Rentals

Simply choose the date you want to ski or snowboard at Seven Oaks to see all available tickets and rentals. Additional tickets and rentals can be purchased the day of and in person on a first come first served basis.

A limited number of tickets and rentals can be pre-purchased online:
- Advanced, online purchases are limited to 30% of our inventory for lift tickets and rentals.
- About 70% of our inventory will be available onsite the day of the event on a first-come, first-served basis at the ticket office. Please note that these tickets can also sell out. On busy days, please check our Facebook page for real-time updates.

Tickets and rentals may be purchased up to 4 weeks in advance, but advance purchase is not required.

We have over 250 snowboards and 650 skis and will do our best to provide the equipment you request, but specific equipment cannot be guaranteed. The purchase of a lift ticket does not guarantee rentals will be available. Guests who pre-purchase rental equipment online will receive priority when they arrive.

Guests with advanced rentals are strongly encouraged to arrive within the first hour of their purchased day or night session.
Equipment Rentals
- Skis and ski boots.
- For safety and proper fit, our skis and boots must be used together and cannot be combined with personal equipment.
- Snowboard and snowboard boots.
- Boots Only: Snowboard boots only rentals can be purchased in person only.
- Outerwear is not available for rental.
- Goggles are available for purchase.
Kids Specials
- Kids specials can be added on in person only- simply show your barcode as proof of purchase (10 & under, one for one specials).

Order Confirmation
Your tickets are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email OR barcode with the order number after placing your order. Screenshot this barcode to check in with your order number. Search spam/junk folder for the email for all your order details and check-in information. If you see an order number/barcode after completing the payment your tickets are purchased.
- After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a confirmation barcode OR see the barcode on the screen and screenshot the barcode.
- If you have any issues during checkout please check your form of payment or send us an email to see if any charges are pending before attempting to place another order.
- If you do not see a barcode with an order number after completing your purchase or receive your confirmation email within 5 minutes, check your spam/junk folder and email the ticket office at info@sevenoaksrec.com. Alternatively you can establish an account to view your upcoming orders. (My Account)
- Your order is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email OR screenshot the barcode with the order number.
- Photo ID and card used for payment may be required to redeem your ticket order.

If you cannot use your tickets/rentals, you will not receive a refund. Unused tickets are forfeited and non-refundable. We will consider refunds if due to poor road conditions. We reserve the right to refund any tubing ticket at any time due to mechanical failure/hill conditions or inclement weather. In case of weather-related closure tickets will be automatically refunded and you will be notified via email. The tubing hill remains open during rain/warmer days if conditions remain operational. If you have concerns about road conditions the day of your tickets please contact us via email to see IF we are approving last minute reschedules for that day. Weather related reschedule requests must be submitted 48 hours in advance of your ticket time to be considered. Extended periods of above average temperatures may result in the snow tubing runout being wet. Phone requests will not be taken. Reschedules for tickets/rentals must be completed online 5 days in advance of time/date. Reschedules must be completed using the "my account" feature in the online store. Use the email address used for your order, you will be sent a temporary password and once you reset your password all orders should appear. Click on my account to see upcoming visits. Use the checkbox to select items to reschedule. Tickets/Rentals are NOT exchangeable during the 5 days before the pre-purchased date/time. Please double check the weather at least 6 days prior to ensure you have time to reschedule if you need to do so.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a barcode, and the barcode should also appear on your screen after entering your payment information. If you are unsure whether your order was successful, check your payment method—charges typically appear right away. If you see a pending charge but did not receive a confirmation email or barcode, please contact us immediately at info@sevenoaksrec.com, as this may indicate a processing error. If you are redirected back to the online store after checkout without seeing a confirmation barcode, your order likely did not go through. Please email us as soon as possible so we can assist. It is your responsibility to verify whether you have multiple charges or a charge without a confirmation email and notify us promptly. If you experience issues during checkout, we strongly recommend checking your payment method for pending charges before attempting another purchase. If duplicate charges occur, you must contact us prior to your ticket date to receive credit. Requests made after the ticket date will not be eligible for credit.
Please NOTE: Waiver required for all participants- parent guardian must send waiver with child or sign onsite.
Waiver can only be signed in person or printed and sent with the participant: we do not have an online waiver option.
PLEASE NOTE: It is up to you to check Facebook for updates BEFORE traveling to Seven Oaks to make sure we are operating as usual during times of cold weather, rainy weather, warm weather, etc. We will make an effort to reach out to update you via email/phone if we close for any reason but there are many people to call/email and some do not receive our voicemails/emails. Please check Facebook before leaving if there is any sort of inclement weather.
