Class For A Pass

Before You Purchase Your Class Session

  • This program is designed for beginner skiers or snowboarders ages 10 and up.

  • Introductory skills will be taught in a group setting.

  • Classes are offered on consecutive Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays in January or February.

  • Limited spots are available, so early registration is recommended.


Registration Instructions

  1. Navigate to the month and day of the first class in your chosen session.

  2. Add the class to your cart and complete payment.

  3. Completing this process registers you for all three class dates in the session.


 

Session 1: Ski or Snowboard Class Dates- 

Wednesdays - January 7th, 14th, 21st 

Fridays - January 9th, 16th, 23rd

Saturdays - January 10th, 17th, 24th 

 

Session 2: Ski or Snowboard Class Dates-  

Wednesdays - Feb 4th, Feb 11th, Feb 18th

Fridays - February 6th, 13th, 20th

Saturdays - February 7th, 14th, 21st

 

Class Policy

All class registrations are nonrefundable.


Weather Policy

Lesson cancellations or reschedules will be permitted only if Seven Oaks operational hours are altered due to weather or if road conditions warrant cancellation.
If this occurs, please email us at info@sevenoaksrec.com to request a cancellation or reschedule.

If you miss a class for any other reason, you will need to register online for a private lesson at your own expense ($65). Your lift ticket and rentals for the make-up private lesson will be provided at no additional charge.
This make-up lesson must be completed before your next scheduled class so that your group can continue progressing together.

After purchasing your session, you will receive an email with your order number.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it within 5 minutes.

Eligibility and Pass Details
Participants must be at least 10 years old and may not be a current or previous Seven Oaks Season Pass Holder. All three lessons must be completed to qualify for the Nights Only Season Pass.

The Nights Only Season Pass is:

  • Valid only for the individual who completes the lessons (non-transferable)

  • Valid for the remainder of the 2025–2026 Winter Season only

  • Does not include ski or snowboard rentals

Seven Oaks reserves the right to deny participation in this program to anyone at its discretion.


Order Confirmation Information
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a confirmation barcode. This barcode should also appear on-screen immediately after you enter your payment information.

If you’re unsure whether your order was processed:

  • Check your payment method — charges typically appear immediately.

  • If a pending charge appears but you did not receive a confirmation email, this usually indicates a connection error. Please email us right away at info@sevenoaksrec.com for assistance.

  • If you are redirected back to the online store without seeing a confirmation barcode, your order likely did not process. Contact us as soon as possible to confirm.

Before placing another order, we recommend checking your payment account to ensure no charges are pending to avoid duplicate purchases.

If duplicate charges do occur, you must contact us prior to the ticket date to receive credit. Requests made after the ticket date cannot be credited.

Waiver required for all participants- parent guardian must sign onsite. 

PLEASE NOTE: It is up to you to check Facebook for updates BEFORE traveling to Seven Oaks to make sure we are operating as usual during times of cold weather, rainy weather, warm weather, etc. We will make an effort to reach out to update you via email/phone if we close for any reason but there are many people to call/email and some do not receive our voicemails/emails. Please check Facebook before leaving if there is any sort of inclement weather.
